Outpost Codes are saying they are already redeemed

My halo outpost avatar codes are saying that they are already redeemed, I even tried to contact Xbox support and the halo outpost support. The halo outpost support never replied back to my emails and I’ve tried Xbox but they keep saying that I need to contact the halo outpost support which as I said, they are not replying.
