There is not an option for Locke nor Chief mainly because of the uproar the two bring. It wouldn’t be fair as one would triumph over another.

I feel as if we haven’t seen enough of the other two spartans on Osiris to know if we like them or not, that’s the thing.
But anyways, Kelly is awesome, in my opinion. She’s pretty badass, and her voice is majestic.

There is a lot that has been established since the announcement of Halo 5. You’d be surprised what you could find out about these characters. But regardless of that, thank you for your vote!

The answer is clearly Buck based on his portrayal in H3, ODST and Reach. Fred comes in at second though based on his sheer badasssery throughout the greater Halo mythos
Between all of them it is a tie between buck and kelly.
Besides john, kelly has always been one of my favorite in blue team. Not really sure why but it mentioned in fall of reach she was the last whos body accepted their augmentations(out of 75, only 33 survived for active duty. The rest either died or were physically disabled), and even then the slowest to recover when she did. It said john was very worried about her.
Granted he was basically squad leader of them all, but kelly was also the first "friend"john that is still alive. They teamed up on day one, and at first john hated her, sorta.
And now, she is even outside the armor, faster than any of the other spartans. I think it even mentioned once in full armor, even the other spartan 2s could barely even follow her movements, let alone keep up.
Buck is a close second because if his whole back story. He has slowly become a second the last few weeks as I learn more about each team member in osiris. I want to read the book at some point too.
Very tough decision. I went with Kelly though. I always liked her superior speed since the Fall of Reach.
