our lovely community

i love halo, and its community. each matchup i have the potential of running into some awesome, unique, and funny people, insane things can happen ingame, and we can all share a laugh. i get beaten a lot, and there are flaws in every game, but overall i enjoy it because of the good nature of most of the community. yeah sometimes i find someone being weirdly rude, but most of them do not mean much ill. you make it easy to deal with the ones who tell me to give up and take up COD, or that i’ll never be good, or that i’ll just get in their way.

thank you.

just wanted to say that, that’s all.

With all these segregated opinions and arguments of how Halo can innovate and get better in future games, I wouldn’t call us as a whole “lovely”, but I see your point.

i feel that that lack of a collective will gives this community an added flavor. yeah i might not agree, but the knowledge that we can argue like a regular bunch of people is preferable to, say, hive-mind mentality

besides, that’s been a standard for halo gaming for a considerable time, has it not? arguments were made over H2 and H3, ODST, wars, yadda yadda…

but i suppose “lovely” was rather odd sounding. perhaps “diverse” would have been a better choice?

Varying Ideas and Opinions can be Lovely, Until you get into the Violent Militant Zealots who think there way is the only way and Make very very Hostile threads and Posts towards those they want to take their Hostility out on.

well, yeah, every community has its darkplace.

still, those threads get locked very, very quickly.
