I made another thread regarding compensation, and someone mentioned something to me about the Service Record not showing up. The information he told me spurred a new theory as to the glitches with the Service Record. In fact, it may not even be a glitch: Basically, the visibility of your Service Record is tied to your Privacy settings. If you’ve set the visibility of your Game and App History to “Friends Only” or “Blocked”, then only a certain group of people, or even just yourself, will be able to view your MCC Service Record.
To change this to allow anyone to view your proof of awesomeness, sign into xbox.com. Then, select “Profile” by clicking the top right bar with your Gamertag, and then selecting “Profile”. Now, select “Privacy settings”. When you reach the privacy settings page (you may have to go through some security steps), scroll down to “See your game and app history (Xbox 360: Game History)”. Select “Everybody”, then scroll down and select “Save”. Now your Service Record should show up for everyone, not just your friends and yourself.
This is a THEORY and should not be treated as fact. If it does not work, please let me know, just as long as you keep it constructive.

Decent, and it was for me I just didn’t know if it would be visible to anyone else. Good news though, I appreciate it!

It might default to “Friends Only” or “Blocked”. If so, you might just check to see if it is in fact set to “Everybody”.
For now, I can’t see your Service Record. If your setting is already set to allow everybody to see your game history, then I suspect that there is another glitch. Hmmm…
EDIT: I have looked at your Xbox Live profile through xbox.com and I can confirm that your setting is NOT “Everybody”. Just follow the instructions in my OP to fix this.
