so this new xbox is riddled with mass rumors of how it will kill the world of gaming. in all seriousness how many hours do people really spend gaming, and if this new generation of game consoles is as bad as it is rumored to be why not look into a new hobby perhaps the money spnet on this new game system can be spent on mabey a new hand gun i mean you can buy one for under 600 bucks or mabey just stick with the new 360 at some point you may have to stop playing video games and go outside. mabey just enjoy the siple things of life mabey go for a jog. but dont hate on the new xbox because if it does go to the point where its no longer about the consumer wants but a game system to make money of off well then dont buy it. i might just go buy my kid something with the money.
mabey instead of getting the new xbox perhaps look into getting a new car or using the money to save up for a new car. mabey new clothes just saying it may be time we put gaming as a past time and not as a way of life we can still enjoy our games but hey dont be mad for somehting that you may have no power to change. you should just change perhaps.
Lol buy a new hand gun. That kills me.

well its true this xbox plus all a game or two plus an extra controller will actualy cost me the same as a descent .45 and some ammo for it. plus the fee for a season pass at a shooting range i figure i coul go shoot off some rounds for fun and get out a bit at the same time practice on the shooting and home defense stuff.
actual the gun i am getting is roughly 1200 by itself its the 44 magnum version of the desert eagle its a beats gun but its nice.
Trying to get people on a Microsoft forum not to buy a product from Microsoft…okay, why? If you don’t want to invest in it, thats your business, but don’t try to tell us there are better things to do. If your hobby is guns, then go for it, but I’ll stick to my games.
That said, this year for me is more of a Nintendo year then a Microsoft one.

Dat pokemon! Dat Bayonetta 2! Dat Windwaker HD!
… Well, I’m buying an airsoft PPSH-41, I won’t really be needing a handgun and besides, ammunition for a USP .45 is expensive. I’ve thought about getting an MK 23 more than once but I’ll get a lot less use out of it than I would an airsoft gun or a new console.
Not that I’m buying the new console anyway. If it really is always online, there will be only one group of things that will make me buy it:
- Halo 2 Anniversary (If not available for the 360)
- Star Wars: First Strike (If released only available for the 720)
- Star Wars: 1313 (If released and only available for the 720)
- Star Wars: Battlefront III (If confirmed and only available for the 720)
It would take all of the above happening to make me want to buy a nextbox. And considering Star Wars games and their history of being released on PC, I’ll probably be buying a gaming PC sometime late this year/ early next year.
As much as I want Halo 2 Anniversary, if it’s not available for the 360 then I probably won’t be getting it. I just don’t want to dish out 500 bucks for a console I’ll barely get use out of thanks to my crappy internet.
So I’m not buying a handgun, nor am I buying the next console.
I’ll be investing in a gaming laptop.
