Other Balance for the CEA classic playlist

Besides faster movement and no bloom in the classic playlist other changes are needed to balance things out.

Magnum - Reduced firerate.
Plasma Pistol - Needs a bit more damage
Plasma Repeater - Everything
Plasma Rifle - This is in the classic playlist so in order to be useful it needs a damage boost and maybe fire-rate.
Assault rifle - Make 14-16 shot instead of 18 shot.
DMR - Dont even put it in the classic playlist.
Needler - Bring back the awesome 7 shot and following but reduce magazine size.
Needle Rifle - More damage and faster fire-rate.
Grenades - Reduce range, damage and magnetism so we can carry 2 again.
Rocket Launcher - Reduced radius and make lock-on better
Fuel Rod - Reduced damage Increased accuracy and fire-rate
Sniper - Reduced vehicle damage.
Oversheild - Put fire effect on body aswell to make more noticable.
ActiveCamo powerup - Since it doesnt fade dont make the HUD fade it gets confusing to some.
Ghost - More powerful cannons.
Banshee - Slower tricks better cannons and fuel rod reduced radius.
Turrets - allow assasination/beatdown on all turrets.

These changes should help balance the game and make the different types of combat better.

The Plasma Repeater is just the Assault Rifle’s mentally handicapped Covenant-themed cousin. It serves no purpose in the sandbox and should be at the very least be kept out of the Classic playlists, perhaps matchmaking altogether.

The Plasma Rifle does everything the Repeater does, but better. Plus, it looks cooler, and it’s more classic, so it fits into the Classic Playlist better.

Otherwise I agree with the OP perfectly. Add in the option to adjust (=remove) movement and aim acceleration and we’re good to go.

No reduced fire rate on magnum. In CE it was fast and from what i have seenof it in CEA its perfect.

Play reach it will still be there.

Im happy with the pistol but its fire-rate in CE was lower for a reason and I think the 3-shot reach pistol needs a bit of a lower fire rate.

well as long as it is no slower then the CE magnum then i dont care, I just want CEA MP to as closely mirror CE as possible.

The Reach pistol is a bit faster than the CE one. I just wanted them the same. How are the other change ideas?
