Every time I get to the lift in Osiris the game crashes and kicks me to the dashboard… Playing on an xbox 1. Thanks for any info you can provide!
I believe that this can be fixed by leaving it for a bit. Does this occur in solo and co-op by yourself?
I tried a hard reset, and leaving it for a bit. No fix… happens in solo.
I got nothing. Just gotta hope it fixes itself cuz I’ve never had it on Osiris. I haven’t had the game crash since release when there were issues with the start of Before The Storm

Did you do a Resume? If so, try restarting the mission. I’d suggest loading a new mission altogether and then going back to the one that crashes. That typically fixes the issue. Seems a lot of people came back to H5 recently and hadn’t played before previous major updates and simply resumed their campaign missions, which is where this issue lied (updates altered data and shifted data around ) so you get crashes when resuming and get to certain events. Restarting the mission solves this and should ever be the only time you have to do this.
Something similar is happening to me, but it is when the Osiris mission begins. It simply does not load the “loading icon” and simply freezes. Do not leave this screen forever. It happens, only in this game. I downloaded him through Game Pass. I tried reinstalling the game several times and doing the cache cleaning
