Origination Of Sticky Grenades

Sticky grenades were not first employed by the covenant, it was the British with their Anti tank grenade designed to “stick” to enemies when attached.

The major set back was that they would sometimes “stick” to the throwers.

Dip your grenade in axel-grease and toss.

Don’t forget about the PTRS-41 and Mauser 13.2 being the original precursors to the SRS-99.

Or the AK74u being the philisophical progenerator behind the Halo SMGs.

Or the Ak47 sexing it up with the FS2000 to create the M5 series.

Or the DMR being based off the M1/M14.

Or the BR being based off the SCAR ICWS philosophy.

Something tells me the Covenant knew before

I hope you mean to say Bungie was not the first company to come up with the idea.

You forgot the socks! It won’t stick without the socks!

At least as far as I know covenant sticky grenades don’t stick to the throwers.
