I solo believe that the original noise whenever the shields recharge are far better sounding than what we got in Halo 4. So I think it should return anyone else agree? It’s also been in all the Halo’s thus far besides Halo 4, ODST.

I first heard it on some Zanith gameplay and was like, “is that Camo :D?” I forgot that over shield makes the same noise too. It was definitely a nice thing to hear again. I don’t even think Halo 4 had sounds did it? I only remember the announcer yelling SPEED BOOST!! and any other power up
Is Halo 5 not having a specific sound effect going to bring down the franchise as a whole? Then I assume that isn’t ‘needed’.
In response, I don’t really care that much, I probably won’t notice anyway, but I think I’d prefer Halo 4’s approach. Super-soldiers shouldn’t be going around with armour that whines like a cybernetic toddler.
