Anyone else feel the character models of grunts and elite in Halo 4 & 5 are inferior to say CE?
I would love to see the older “versions” of the covenant.
Oh buddy, this has been a hotly discussed topic in the community and goes beyond just the grunts. The Elite and Jackal character models, along with the Grunts, are really just so ridiculously different from their original models.
Well, based on Halo Wars 2, the Grunt and Elite artstyle has shifted back to a more classic look. No word on Jackals yet, but I’m crossing my fingers we never have to see raptor looking Jackals ever again. It didn’t help that they also sounded like the alien version of a talking cigarette in Halo 5.

I would like them back. HW2 and the Infinite trailers give me hope.
