i really liked the addition of ordnance drops in halo 4 so i think they should be back in halo 5
No.
No. It’s one of the big reasons Halo 4 sucked. Thank god Infinity Slayer is out of MCC’s multiplayer.
I would say it depends… ordnance drops should be the exception rather than the rule when it comes to Halo.

34 can always choose to turn it off while making the gametype
instant no
I personally feel that Ordnance Drops ruined part of Halo’s Unique feel. Instead of having to go out into the map and find other weapons, You could just sit back with a DMR and get them handed straight to you. There no urge to go and control certain areas of the map so that your team could have the RL. Because why bother doing that, When you could just get it for free at your spawn, With little to no effort?
As far as I am concerned, The further they stay away from Multiplayer, The better.
…
Now Firefight and Spartan Ops on the other hand? That’s where Ordnance Drops could work.

Are you 12? I don’t even have to think about it, HELL NO.
I can’t stress enough how terrible this idea is, OP. Only little kids want OD’s back. OD’s played a big part in ruining Halo 4.
I actually like sprint in Halo 5, and the thruster pack is cool, but ordnance drops are terrible. You never know when every member of the enemy team has a freakin Shotgun+Rocket launcher loadout.

um no thats not what people should be doing and if they do they should just go play COD

You do realize a big part of Halo that separates it from other games is the fact that weapons are actually on the map for you and your team to control and you right? And also, no one likes a camper.
Stop trolling
I really hated Ordnance Drops in Halo 4 so no I wouldn’t like to see their return in Halo 5.

So wait, Players SHOULDN’T be going out into the map and controlling the Power Weapons? They should just stay back and have the weapons handed to them with no effort?
im not trying to make a big deal out of this so i like it and other people dont i dont really care that much i still have halo reach to play go back and play lol

That’s what he said. Did you maybe quote the wrong person?
If I could like Jengu’s post more than once, I would. He says exactly why ordnance drops should never be in Halo. It’s in direct opposition to Halo’s core gameplay. Ordnance was a mistake for Halo and it seems 343 is doing away with it.

I understand that. But hows that a rebuttal to my post? In order for players to find other weapons and Power Weapons, They must control the map. To do this, They have to move around in the said map.
In Halo 4, Players were rewarded by sitting back at Spawn with a DMR off the spawn and earning weapons for free with no effort put in.
Who voted yes…
I’m about to go gear 4th on your behind
Nah, I’ve been looking forward to them never coming back. I never liked the system in H4.
This had better stay 100% no lol cuz just no.
