The way 343 handled ordinance drops feels like… No it is blatant punishment for the people who wanted to take their level of experience to the next level, but they see it as using steroids, not extra training. Ordinance is basically steroids for the weakest link. This eliminates survival of the fittest.

Survival of the fittest requires randomness at times though. O_o mutations and such.

I agree though. No ordinance in Legendary Slayer.

No hardlight shield, that’s just a get-out-of-death free card.

Too bad they can’t make ordinance points reset-on-death… Or can they?
