Ordinance Drops - Official Thread

I have some ideas to change ordinance from a less random system and i wanted to hear everyone else’s ideas.

Earning Ordinance

I was thinking that ordinance should be based only on kills, multikills, and sprees, while also increasing the beginning amount of kills required to 6. As we all know, the requirement to gain another ordinance increases after each ordinance.

Ordinance Content

First Ordinance: Contains a loadout weapon refill, grenade type, and melee weapon

Second Ordinance: melee weapon or shotgun, grenades, and loadout weapon refill

Third Ordinance and Beyond: Contains heavy power weapon, choice of power weapon between needler and stick detonator and power up.

Balance

  • Ordinance power weapons are limited to weapons that are not on the map.

  • Players may request another ordinance giving them ammo for another loadout weapon, grenade, and, if available, power weapon choice if available.

  • Third ordinance has so much fire power because the amount of kills will be high by this point and highest scoring players on each team can have the chance to keep victory certain or change tide of battle for losing team.
