I know i’m not the only person that’s been killed by their ordinance drop (example would by my friend who was in the party/game when it happened to me). I have only died once by it but several other times it has brought my shields down to about halfway and sometimes it’s a big game changer cause an enemy might have you in their sight and kill you and take your ordinance (which has happened a few times out of those times that it’s brought my shields down). I’ve seen that ordinance drops in two different ways: 1. it just shoots down on maps that don’t have a roof (ex. Ragnarok where I died from it yesterday), and 2. it just appears in front of you (ex. Haven). Only the first method has found a way to work against me so far, so wouldn’t it be easier to just use one way? Or at least will the shield damage/kill issue be addressed?
I called one in Ragnarok yesterday but my team’s mantis walked in front of it. It didn’t kill the mantis but it was suspended in mid air out of reach. I had to have my team’s warthog drive next to it so I could jump off the hog to reach it haha.
Happened to me on Tuesday when I called in a Gravity Hammer on Solace. Shocked the hell out of me, my mouth just dropped. Even though it ruined my 10 kill streak, after the initial suprise I don’t think I’ve laughed that hard in a while.
I cant wait to kill a vehicle with it or some -Yoink-.

It can take out damaged vehicles. Gotta have good timeing and some luck, but it’s funny when it happens.
Try getting the Warthog stuck with it. I’ve done that.
I was wondering where it landed, so I get in the Warthog because I couldn’t find it and turns out it was stuck on the turret and I couldnt get the damn thing moving, I’m like what the hell?

Team Ininity Slayer on Haven. My shields were stripped and my health damaged after taking care of my opponent. I thought I was safe then -blam-; Infinity thought I could use a needler, underground. They should have sent a medpack afterwards. The big kicker is it was a random drop.

I wonder if you could use crappy drop choices as an orbital bomb…
I do know the one time I had pod land where I was just about to pick up a weapon and it nearly gave me a heart attack as I had my headphones on… talk about KABOOOOOOOOM!
I will agree with you iBoone that it was a little funny but still rather annoying to get hurt or killed by something that helps you. After hearing all this feedback I am definitely going to try to use it to my advantage on vehicles and people to see if it works.

Give it time and eventually a montage will pop up of someone using there Ordinance Drops to get kills. 
I want to kill somebody with one.

I called one in and ran forwards to get close to where I expected it to land… I ended up getting a little too close.
My reaction was to just laugh and I ended up setting my friend off in a laughing fit trying to explain why I was laughing whilst laughing.
