343i, the way to please both casual, and competitive gamers alike is very simple, and it all comes down to one thing…
OPTIONS.
If players are allowed to turn any/all abilities on or off, it makes for so many more possibilities. Not only abilities, but features should have toggle-able options. Things like Spartan Chatter, Medals, etc. Basically, what I’m trying to say is that the more things you can make options for us, the wider the range of gameplay will be. This benefits all of us. Competitive gamers can create gametypes, and gameplay styles that emulate what they’re looking for, and casual players can play with all of the features enabled, or certain things taken out if they so choose.
What I want to see is a LOT of on/off buttons. I honestly think it would be the best thing for the series. Plus, it can’t be THAT hard of a thing to incorporate to simply toggle some of the abilities off… Anyone agree here?
