I am new at being a leader and was wondering there are three options that you can do with your forum there is to
Follow
Sticky
Locked
Two of them make sense the follow and locked button but what does sticky do?

The Sticky option pins a topic to the top of the list. Like in this forum (I moved your topic to Waypoint Support) you’ll see that there are 2 pinned or ‘sticky’ topics at the top. You can use them to promote important information or rules, then unpin once the information is no longer relevant
