Will kill cams be in every gamerype?
Can they be toggled off in personal settings?
Can you disable them in gametype settings?
Off topic: can a spartan die of a broken ankle (fall damage)
Kill cams should be optional and able to skip when shown
Its in some game modes

Just like in the past halos if you fall from a high place you’ll die so yes you can die from fall damage depending on how high you are

From the gameplay that I’ve watched it seems like the kill cams won’t be in every gametype. The video containing the kill cams could just be an updated version, but I don’t think they will be.
I don’t know about settings, but I’d assume, at least in custom games, that they could be disabled.
In one of the interviews with the developers someone asked if there was fall damaged and got the response, “Did you see any fall damage?” So I don’t think there will be any significant fall damage.
I’m thinking it’s a game option. Watching footage of the new territories game mode was the first i’d seen of them until that point.

Although I enjoy COD, and I like the idea of kill cams, I almost never watch the kill cam in COD. Mostly because it contains LIES!!! I expect I will do the same in Halo 4.
in response to the question on fall dam, no they cant die from fall dam, they can fall from space and survive due to there jell layer so i doubt that falling any hight ON earth would even effect them
These “death cams” are not in every playlist. They are in Dominion, and I think I saw footage where I saw them in infection as well.
I don’t mind them 
as long as I can skip em from time to time then it’s all good.
Who cares? Let’s worry about the real gameplay issues. Not this. This will not make or break the game no matter how much blind CoD haters want to believe it.
