Quitters. 4 v 4 becomes 4 v 2 or 4 v 1. Do you think that if this happens then people could be given an opportunity to switch teams to help even it out a bit? I know this is not a fool proof idea, but I would switch over to give someone a hand, especially if they know they are now in for a kicking, but have the decency to play on.
I wonder how often 4v4 becomes something else? 343 should do something, my idea is the game ends, and the players are thrown back into matchmaking lobby if 25% or more of one team leaves within the first two minutes.

Eh, 4v3 is a bad case, because if you switch it just makes it unbalanced for the team you left.
But 4v2, 4v1, its unfair. I commend the players that stick it out to the bitter end like me but I sorely miss the forcing even teams when people quit.
