Option to remove in-game achievement updates

Those little boxes that pop up during Reach matchmaking, firefight, and campaign games that let the player know how close they are to a certain daily achievement are pretty annoying for me. I don’t know how you other guys feel about this, but I would love to have an option to turn these off and never see them again during games. It would be very nice to play without seeing these updates sort of like how one can play without notifications of friends signing onto Xbox Live. I really hope Halo 4 does not have these.

Not possible to remove in Reach with GUI changes which will require another TU which won’t happen.

It is likely Halo 4 wont have the option to remove this either if they are in.

I don’t see how that would bother anyone.

It annoys me in that it clogs up the screen. I would rather be looking around for the next enemy to kill to get multi-kills than to see frivolous information on daily achievements.

I don’t see how a small box that shows your progress in completing a challenge would be an annoyance. It’s not like it covers the whole screen.
As Moa iZ Back mentioned, for it to be an option it would mean altering the UI of Reach, which is time consuming and would take a lot of man power to work on it which would lead to Halo 4 being delayed.
I would rather have them working on Halo 4 instead of wasting time they don’t even have just to have an option to disable the small challenge progress box.

What should be fixed for halo 4 is all the text on the screen, making splitscreen very frustarting at times. I have no problem with text, challenges or commendations popping up on the screen when Im playing alone, but when my friends are over, they can get pretty pist off, when text ruins their experience. This counts for the killfedd, example. zzzZopRozzQQ killed asfagsdgk
