Hi 343 could you please add the option to mute player in game, some team mate have loud music in the background and are not using noise cancelation mic so we hear everything, others even while they breathing or just background noise in their house.

Individual player name selection for muting, kicking, blocking, and reporting is a core feature in almost every game, but NOT HALO INFINITE FOR SOME REASON
Best you can do is go to audio options and turn off the volume for ALL other player mics

I use the Astro A40 headset with the Mixamp Pro TR. When the team chat is too loud or disruptive I turn the Mixamp dial completely counterclockwise to mute the entire chat. This is the fastest method. It works well enough because there is usually only one player using team chat.

i saw they gave an update on that on halosupport but bro it seems to be too long like in previous halo but i will have a look while am playing
You have to take one more step than in every other halo game. you gave to pause tge gane and then open tge scoreboard.
How stupid can a whole design department be?
This should have been no brainer to add the option to mute players by simply clicking on their name.
There are just way too many idiots in this world, or kids that just don’t care. I can deal with the music, or someone talking, but I can’t stand the idiots that don’t have a brain to mute themselves while they eat.
I guess it bothers me more than most because I don’t care who is even eating next to me. If you’re chewing while your mouth is open I have no problem telling you to shut your mouth, It’s disgusting…
Yep, wish I could mute people. This community has some super toxic people floating about, particularly in Diamond ranked matches. Guy going 5-12 giving abuse to the rest of his team and swearing at them through the mic. Seriously, calm down you absolute skink.
