optioins to turn of sprinting and ordanits

i would like to see theas options in halo 4 because for people like me who dont like sprinting and just like to turn up the movement speed for game types like mlg we want a challenge not to kill noobs all day if i wanted to kill noobs id go play cod and ordanits are a joke i like fighting over the wepions on the map and not he handed a wep just for killing a few people where is the competitive gameplay of fighting for a chance to put your team in a position of winning
