Optimal Carbine Loadout?

Has anyone found a carbine loadout that is extra effective? As my favorite weapon I want to make sure I am using it the best way possible so I dont disadvantage myself considering it is barely on par with some other weapons.

Currently I have regen field as my AA with it (good for weakening, drawing opponent into chase, regen up for the advantage, easy finish. Or for battling mid range from cover) and a plasma pistol. Cant decide on which grenades and armor mods will compliment carbine best.

Open for any suggestions on how to make this pea shooter work best.

(except for boltshot, I dont like using it)

Carbine-frag is a good combo. Also, if they didn’t fix it, combine ther regen field AA with the faster shield recharge. In a firefight, sidestep in and out of your regen field to get your shields to charge faster. That combined with the carbines rate of fire makes it more formitable.

i use carbine jetpack ,dexterity the jet pack gives me the jump quickly on maps like solace and the high fire rate throws them off quick usually i go over walls and boxes and usually gets them pretty well
