I have been fighting absolutely dismal shot registration since region lock was lifted several months ago. It many times takes 6-7 headshots to get a kill and shotgun shots go STRAIGHT through people. Railguns also go straight through people (it shows red). I have very good aiming and did not have as much problem before the Ghost of Meridian update. Also I get killed being shot through rocks and walls. I am playing on a newer model HD Panasonic 42" TV that I know has a slow response time and is not ideal for gaming. Would switching to a gaming monitor combat shot registration and response time so that I can get 4 shot Br kills again ? I can’t think of anything else I can do. I am on the East Coast US and have heard others complain of shot registration problems as well who are in the eastern part of the U.S. I have Comcast’s fastest internet speed and the signal strength show all bars are full. What do you suggest besides the Get Gud idiots ? Thanks.

I am East Coast too and I get terrible lag too, not as bad as you seem to be experiencing, I’m more Metro-New York area, so I guess that might affect why it doesn’t happen as often too me? But I do rage when I have shots that don’t register and constantly have people disappear in front of me, only to reappear on the side of me !
I was on the winning side of a 4v1 a couple days ago. i felt sorry for the guy so I decided to stand still and let him kill me. Poor guy was teleporting all over the place and never could kill me, then my team mate killed him. Lag sucks (for him at least)

Yep.
I live in the West Coast. Try to shut off your router completely as well with your xbox. If your xbox is far away from your router then thats maybe why. I hope that helped!

I’ve been having this issue as well. Maybe you could try a wired connection to your router? I previously had a router that was wired directly to my xbox, and I’d say my connection and stuff was pretty good, but recently I got a new router that isn’t wired to my xbox and that was about the time when I began to have these issues.
