How do you open the REQ packs that you got from preorder bonuses/creating a spartan company on this site? Cause I’m trying to equip the visor I got from the Locke controller but it’s locked
The redeem code only gave you the REQ pack. You still have to open the REQ pack in game. And I don’t think you can open it on Halo Waypoint yet.
You can only open the Company REQ on Waypoint. The rest will be available in the game at launch. Sit tight, your opening will come.
