yep I’m only level 20 so I got only some good stuff and some bad stuff I didn’t need

If you have everything unlocked only you get 2 of the new skins and then 3 RP refund cards, so buying them before you have everything unlocked is actually good. Plus, you should probably wait until all of the bugs are out. Stuff gets messed up when so many people buy it at once.

he was probably a high level and had all of the reqs so got RP instead of the reqs I received in the video

Nope, this is how it is for everyone. You get 2 of the new skins, and 3 other customization unlocks rare or higher.

I had everything, save for Achilles, and when I opened the packs(3) I got all the new skins, and 1 5000 RP refund card from the last pack…

But you don’t have everything unlocked, so you couldn’t have possibly experienced the problem that they fixed.

This is why I’m never spending money on req packs. The value for money is so questionable.
