Hello I’m not sure if anyone can see this but I opened up a gold pack(after weeks of trying) And i finally got the Halo 2 BR as mentioned before.
When I backed out of it to finally see it, I got disconnected from the servers then it said failed to sync data with servers or something along those lines.
I reset xbox and connection and did many other steps including removing account off xbox etc. It today synced again having repeated the steps that microsoft told me and yet i’ve lost the Halo 2 and a few other armours/weapons etc that i got in the packs that day.
I lost a prophets bane as well, and a few nifty over shields but when you work hard playing halo all the time. I have to sync my profile every time I sign in
Well, if you don’t have the items, I’d assume you still have the RP so just rebuy the gold packs and cross your fingers. I’m not exactly sure about your situation anyway, it seems like the reqs you receive from packs come from the server and it’s not an independent operation on the xbox1. I could be wrong though.
I didn’t have the REQ points back either, like I said my profile keeps failing to sync and when it does eventually sync I still don’t have it!? Literally debating buying gold packs with real money just to get it again. It’s a joke that I should have too, is there someone from halo that I can speak to directly?
Appreciate the help though guys, just frustrated more than anything I’m level 85. Play and open many gold packs and the one thing I desperately want is taken away. I can’t afford to buy more packs but I might have too I care that much!
