I’ve been grinding a while to get enough REQ points to buy the Classic Helmet Pack. I opened it the first time and got everything I was supposed to. I know I was able to get the HCS Skins from this pack because Luke TheNotable got them earlier and posted the video on Twitter. The HCS items are all I’m missing besides commendations so I opened a second pack with REQ points that was supposed to contain 4 permanent unlocks, and I only get the Red HCS AR Skin and a bunch of Arena XP Boosts. I still have 6 other HCS skins to unlock. Three of the remaining six should’ve unlocked with that pack. I’m really glad I didn’t pay actual money for this disappointment. Hopefully 343i will see this and fix the problem. Has this happened to anyone else?
It was a glitch and has been corrected.

I purchased nine of them, and got all of the HCS skins in the seven after to initial pack. The ninth was only Arena Legendary XP boosts. Found out afterwards it was a glitch. I was one of the few that got them all.

Hey, I’m glad you got them all. I got one.
One thing this has taught me…save, save, save. I need to save up to a mil to take real advantage of these packs nowadays. It just takes so long to do in Arena.

Yea, thats why it’s a good idea to let people know NOT to buy a second one. Totally a waste of points or… money.

I had the same happen with me. They have said it was a glitch, but the description on the pack says otherwise. “Subsequent purchases award four Rare or better rarity Visual Customization REQs, while available, and a set of Legendary XP boosts.” Sounds to me like the skins and other armors should be able to be gotten through this like it was originally enabled.

Sorry didn’t mean to rub it in. The very first special pack that came out, I was only able to get one, and swore that it would never happen to me again. Now I try to keep at least a million REQ points for just such an occasion.
I accidently bought two, I was suppose to get 1, is there a way to contact support to undo this?

My RP didn’t properly process the first time so I thought I didn’t buy it, so when I clicked it again I suddenly lost 300k RP.

I had enough RP to get 3 otta the 4 necessary packs to acquire them all before the glitch was corrected. Now the only way of getting the HCS skins (and my 3 remaining items) is by splashing out on the pro team skins. In those packs you also have a high chance of getting the HCS items.
