Hello, I had 2 open tickets on the support page earlier. I just went to check when and they are both gone. Why are tickets being deleted without being addressed?
Were they tickets related to MCC or was is on the Insider Support site for Infinite? If it’s for Infinite the flight has now been closed and that section of the site will no longer be accessible. Tickets will be collated and reviewed by the teams starting from yesterday, you won’t always get responses to insider tickets. Those will get addressed in later outcomes

They were about the infinite flight. I needed help with an issue I was having so I put a ticket in. They ignored it for 3 days then deleted it, was still waiting for help on it… Thanks for letting me know why it was deleted.
That’s odd. I can still see my Infinite tickets on the site.
