so they say the beta is open for everyone, and then i come to find if you were not opted in the insider program by the 13th you dont get access to a OPEN -Yoinking!- BETA on pc. BUT if you play a fxcking xbox you can download it right now if you arent even in the insider program, please explain how that -Yoinking!- makes any sense. such bs, open beta my -Yoink!-
