whebever I try to open a req pack while a game is loading, my game crashes entirely. This has happened nonstop since I got my XBL back a few days ago. Is this being held against me as DNF and how can I prevent the crashes while opening req packs during loading sequences?
I would suggest opening it when you are not loading up a match. It has happened to me too and sometimes the req pack will cancel before the match starts. If you are searching for players it should be fine.

I think there’s just some issues with the servers at the mo, I can’t get into the store, see my points or anything
