"Oops there seems to be a problem on our end"

I can’t find any threads that are talking about this, but looks like there are issues with the Content Browser. I can’t access anything through it no matter which way I try to access it through either ForgeHub,links, or here on HaloWayPoint. I just keep getting… This is embarrassing, and there seems to be a problem on our end messages. I’d just contact 343i Customer Service and talk to tech support direct… but… there isn’t one ?

You could post it in the Support Forum and someone from 343 might see it, but I can’t say that it will be a guarantee.

There was a supposed fix for Browser and Theater issues recently and if there were issues to be redirected there. I can’t find the thread at the moment tho.

Co2 OUTBR3AK , the mods locked that thread, so that’s why I posted this one after looking for alternate threads to post on. I’m still getting all sorts of error messages and lock ups and links that are broken. I don’t know why 343i just doesn’t have a tech support page. Even if it was just to submit a work ticket so they could track problems as they happened. I tried calling Xbox customer service the other day… and literally no joke the agent goes… “What is Halo ?” … “Is that like the capture the flag game?”

I got one of those automated customer service survey questionnaires from my call. I’ve yet to fill it out because I’m still just dumbfounded by my experience.

Both Content Browser and Xboxdvr are having issues right now. I just noticed this yesterday.

Theater issues still persisting. I’m able to view the list of recent and bookmarked films, but system is not initializing after I choose a film for playback.
