Fix this. Or even simply acknowledge it.
I agree 343, its been nearly a week now. And whilst you are at it return our pre friday csr or give us our season high csr. If people lost rank they shouldnt have to earn it all over again.
Well congratz all. We have hit over a week now with no announcement or fix for this. At this point we must assume they are chosing to ignore this and possibly fix for next season? Idk. But how is even a sticky forum message saying they are at least investigating it or anything too much to ask?

Its not but you know 343 they dont ever admit to having problems with their game. Much easier to brush it under the carpet. Shame it inpacts on a whole division of players in each playlist. So at least 5% of players will be affected, but probably 10% as people tend to be onyx ranks in some playlists not others. Thats a pretty big bug to me! Not fixing it is insulting to those players
Onyx is the highest rank one can get if they aren’t one of the top 200 players. Champion is the next levelines for those top 200

I know but they have to have a csr of at least 1800 this season. 343 made a post about it. So if there are mot 200 people over 1800 then there will be less champions. In fact if everyone dropped down below that ceilibg then there could be no champiobs
This is honestly ridiculous. I’ve won 60% of my games and gone from 2090 to 1750 because I get 0 CSR for a win and get bombed for a loss… except my hidden rank MMR hasn’t gone down so I’ll still just match the same people and never level back up.
Come on. An entire week? Its embarrassing.
I’ve also gone from Champ 130 in Slayer to Champ 80 just because I haven’t played it and other people have… but are unable to gain CSR.

Its getting ridiculous now. They should just admit the problem, fix it and give us back our pre last friday csrs by asking halotracker for them. Congrats on your champ rank- shame that it is wrongly going to be looked down on due to these problems. It is a real feat! Shame also on those champs losing out wrongly as well. The onyx csr system is in crisis and i wish 343 had the guts to sort it out and acknowledge the problem. Is that too much to ask?
Update: well not really an update but i have tweeted 343 and Brav and posted several times but still no 343 reply. They clearly do not care and want to lose their onyx player population. Its the only explanation i can think of
It’s so ridiculous trying to find a game now. It was already a struggle finding a game when you were high level onyx due to region lock but this has pushed even more players away from playing

I mean I’ve seen probably 60 people tweet them about it with no responses at all.
It isn’t even being acknowledged, much less fixed.

Yep the whole division is affected unfortunately 
They need to unlocks the regions again. Not only dont you get any CSR for a win, it takes forever to find a match. And when you do it is likely you face people with lower ranks than yours.

Agreed. Fed up with playing plat 6 all the time. And i want my csr back so it gives me a chance to place onyx next season- thats why i worked so hard to get it. Now qll my work is down the drain thanks 343 for ruining all my hard work. I needed 100 games worth of work to be destroyed due to your fault
