Hello, my name is Jack. I’ve recently started up a Halo: Reach clan called Onyx Nation and want to start recruiting players.

Prerequisites

You must be 14+ years old - A mic is required - Preferably be on Xbox One (for communication reasons), if not that’s fine - Have some kind of clan experience - Be respectful and mature
How To Join
To join you must message o Kurayami o or UhOhDollFace and in the message must include the following; -
Age - Timezone - How you found ONAT - Why you want to joinFailing to message the following above with most likely result in your message being ignored.
Training
How we train our members is very simple and a lot more fun than drills in a video game. Our current method is this; we put the members into a team skirmish and anyone can be included, even leaders. Then the leaders will watch how everyone plays and looks for any areas that need improvement.
Ex. 1: If you’re not so good with hitting your head shots, you may be assigned to go play SWAT for a few games for practice then report back to the leader with your progress.
Ex. 2:If you aren’t so good at working with a team you may be assigned to Invasion with another member, then report your progress back to the leader.
There may be more than one member not doing so well in a certain area, so you may go off with them and train in whatever playlist your assigned.
