Just noticed that 343 deployed an update that aimed to fix the CSR issue facing the upper two tiers. My Onyx rating went up two games in a row, and then stopped going up entirely. I’m running on seven games now without a rank update (some of them wins, some losses). My fireteams’ Onyx ranks are updating still, but mine are not.
This is issue still facing some? Maybe I just needed to restart the game, I’ll have to see if that works the next time I boot up.
Yours is updating but its just not showing. I am having the same issue. It shows in the post game lobby for like a split second when I select match details or something. Mine has shown 1500 ever since I got onyx but when when I select match details or whatever in the postgame lobby I see 1601 for a split second. I am sure they are working on a fix.

I’m not sure I fully believe that it’s still tracking in the background. I’ve won over 20 games since the issue started two days ago and am still at 1600 when the first attempt at fixing this was made.
It’s not game ruining by any stretch, just trying to get awareness and information to the studio.

Mine finally caught up and it jumped from 1500 up to 1569.

Yeah, I’m still not moving at all. I’ll keep a log of my games, but I haven’t budged yet. Still stuck at 1602 (Swat), consistently beating groups with higher Onyx players (1700+) and still not advancing a single point.

Beat an entire team of Onyx players with a squad of players higher ranked than my team. No movement.

Same thing is happening to me in swat. Ever since I completed the ten qualifying games I’m am still csr 1500 . My team has won a ton of games and there csr rank goes up just fine. This is a huge bug and still not fixes doe me. Please fix this, I have no point in playing the game now. THANKS
Yeah, I gave up with Swat. My friend’s Champion rank in Breakout moves properly. Perhaps it’s just a Swat issue?

I can confirm that this problem is only related to SWAT. I’m going up and down in Arena and Breakout, just not in SWAT. If and when this gets corrected, I assume that Swat progress will be lost (the games that didn’t count)?
Five days after my last post, tried again and am still stuck at 1602. If it’s still tracking my CSR, I’ve got to be at the 2000+ range now or something. I’ve finished over 30 matches in the playlist with no sign of a change.
Just wanted to give one last update. With the launch of Big Team Battle, I tried a match of SWAT and my CSR finally moved. Unfortunately, all of the games I played previously didn’t account to anything as Legitimate117 said it would. Which kind of blows, considering I had a solid thirty wins under my belt.
