Only Got One Req Pack?

So when I first redeemed my LE Code I got the Req Pack, but I only got one of them. When I logged in today I noticed I got two and it stated that you get two a week. I am almost positive that I only received on pack when I redeemed it on launch day.

Is there someone that can help me?

I think you only get one initially, and then two a week for 7 weeks.

But if you are supposed to get two a week for 7 weeks, you won’t end up with 14 like you are supposed to.

You get two each week. if you didnt get it you may be like alot of us suffering from a bug that stops us from getting it. i have it and have gotten nothing. you should also check you can watch all 3 episodes of fall of reach on halo channel. mine doesnt work.

I was able to watch all three episodes with no problem. But how come no one from 343 will answer me on this? I would definitely like me second pack from the first week.

If you are referring to the Warzone Req Pack Bundle, you get 1 per week for 14 weeks.
