Hey everyone! I’ve been searching all over the internet and on Halo waypoint, but cannot seem to find an answer. I still have so many armor sets to unlock, yet the last 4 gold REQ packs I’ve opened have only given me 2 “3000 REQ pts” cards and a bunch of single use weapons and vehicles.
I could understand this if I unlocked everything, but I haven’t. There are still legendary and ultra rare armor sets, weapon certs, and vehicle certs that I need to unlock. Could some one help me out here? Thanks in advance 
Try opening bronze and silver packs until you get REQ points as well. For the legendary stuff, it could be locked armor that you have to complete something in order to get or it could be armor from a special REQ pack.

Yeah I just realized the helmets I want have to be purchased in the classic helmet back unfortunately… so I guess I basically have everything except for the commons and uncommons in bronze and silver packs like you said. Thank you for the quick response though! Much appreciated
