Only Getting One Skin for additional classic pack.

As posted in the forums…150k req points for one skin ? I did it 5 times and still only received one for each pack…please help 343…

Can you explain your issue in more detail? Specifically name the pack you purchased and the items received from them.

I purchased the classic helmet pack. The first pack I received all 9 helmets. Then I heard you could get the older hcs skins and Athlon armor. I purchased I believe 6 more packs only to receive only ONE skin per pack for each of those 6 packs ! I only got legendary xp boots basically. So I am out almost a million req points and are still missing 4 skins from hcs. How do I report this to 343 so I can get my point/skins ? Thank you.

Getting the HCS stuff from the Classic Helmets pack was never guaranteed and apparently a glitch that has since been corrected, so I don’t think you are actually owed anything more. The Classic pack never advertised the HCS stuff; in fact, the fine print says that once all the classic helmets are unlocked, additional Classic Helmet Packs should grant you single-use REQs:

Damn man, found out too late… thanks for posting this, was about to purchase an extra pack later this day till I found out it was a glitch that has been fixed.
