Halo 5 is great so far, way better than that atrocity that was H4. Level design is sub-par, but the biggest thing that annoys me is how the radar is basically useless unless you’re 2 inches away from your opponent.
100% agree. I am not fond of this new radar. May as well just remove it completely if it’s going to have such a short range.
My only issue with the motion tracker is people that have lived by it from previous Halos simply hide in tighter corners due to the shorter range. I LOVE it, because it’s a MOTION tracker, not radar. You should only be able to hear within a shorter prox than the previous version. Knowing a player is a full hallway away like on Reach was just dumb.
Reach had the best radar. I miss it.
Radar has always been 25m. And now it’s 18? I agree they need to fix it or remove it all together
