only 5 main things halo 5 needs now

1st. Better Main Menu (Like The Beta) 2nd. Better Pregame Lobbies 3rd. Map Vote/Veto (Social Playlists Only) 4th. Population Counter 5th. Splitscreen

I Feel Like 343 Could Make All This Happen (Maybe Not Splitscreen Sadly) Hopefully 343 Sees Or Acknowledge This Post. There Are Small Things They Could Fix Also But These Are The Main Things. As Of Now Id Give Halo 5 A 8/10

Even without that stuff, halo 5 is definitely a solid 9.5/10 IMO.

6 main things: playable Elites.

What about campaign match making? But yes I do agree with you!

I agree with all these. Although, let’s be honest since launch Halo 5 has improved vastly! But these extra’s would be nice.

I’d say 7/10. Launch was terrible as well as the first 5 months. Then this game is still riddled with problems that cripple the experience.

Either way though, playable elites is also something I think could improve Halo 5 or just Halo in general.

Before the update 6.5/10 after the update 8.5/10 for me. If they implemented all the suggestion in this thread, 10/10.

3 more things I’d like to see, team vs team/solo bs solo search preference option , an option to not join in progress games, equipping multiple assassinations and it randomly cycle through them as there are so many cool ones and being limited to one is kind of annoying seeing the same one 2 or 3 times in the same game (if your lucky) when it could cycle through your favourites

  • Armour skin editor (It would be suuuuper cool!) - Bayonet assassinations - Playable elites - Splitscreen

I’ve noticed numerous people doing this, and I’m kind of curious. Why do some people capitalize every word? Not a knock against those who do, I’m just curious why.

I’d like to see a mercenary playlist added to ranked.

But I am quite curious… what is it about the main menu that you don’t like? Surely it’s not game-breaking.

For the last time Splitscreen cannot simply be patched in. Stop asking!!!

At launch : 6/10
Now : 8/10 (we still have a terrible story)

Its just i guess you could say boring/ uninteresting, i mean the other halo game main menu was organized and yes halo 5 is to up and down and side to side but like the background is just a ship and a planet, i preferred the halo 5 beta main menu better

Lol. You can like it, and that’s fine, but Halo 5 is not a 9.5/10 game. It’s more realistically a 7 or 7.5. There is still a lot wrong with it that shouldn’t exist. Buggy and annoying menu design, the campaign as a whole, and heavy integration of microtransactions just to name a few. And like I said, it’s okay to like and play a 7/10 game. I know I have in the past. But to give it a 9.5 is to compare it to all time great games which this absolutely bis not on the level of. The polish just isn’t there.

Yeah, I’d rather they not spend any effort on those things. They could probably spend their time on damn near anything else and I’d be happier.

I guess that depends on how much the campaign mattered to you. It still mattered to me, but since I spend 99% in mp, I kept it out. If campaign and mp were judged relatively the same, then I’d agree that it’s an 8/10.

You’re acting like your opinion about it being a 7/10 is fact. The thing is, that’s just your opinion, and nothing more.

Obviously it’s my opinion, just as it is yours to think that it’s a 9.5/10. I was just explaining to you why it is not a 9.5/10 game. Not enough polish. The campaign is not good. Still buggy menus and poor UI design. Micro-transaction riddled gametypes. Obviously the game has gotten better since launch, but when you label it with a 9.5 you are ignoring the blatant problems that the game still has. I’ve already said this, but it’s okay if you like the game. Your favorite game ever can be a 7/10. That’s completely fine. The number rating system has gotten out of control though, and objectivity has gone out the window. Just because you like a game doesn’t mean that it’s a 9/10. There are objectively poor qualities that Halo 5 has, and they can’t be ignored because you enjoy the game.
