Is anyone else having issues with the Halo servers retrieving profile data? I can’t play online all of a sudden because I keep getting stuck in the lobby waiting for Halo 5 to retrieve my data. I have checked all of my wifi connections and everything is working fine except for with my Xbox One. Does anyone know of any solutions other than plugging in my Ethernet cord?
Restart Halo
Hard-reset your Xbox first, if that doesn’t work then try plugging in your ethernet then post back your results.
That way you’ll know if its your internet or the server.
