i cant use the req-points/ cards in warzone to get weapons or vehicles…it doesnt work.
It is a current problem with 343 Industries servers that is causing problems with many players in different ways.
343 Industries are aware of the problem. Their community coordinator has replied to someone asking them on Twitter. See here.
Do check that the problem is not on your end as well though. Perform a cold reset of your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 10 seconds to clear the game cache. Additionally, resetting Alternate MAC Address in system network settings can make the game a lot more responsive.
