I’ve recently downloaded halo 5 from the Xbox store and I’ve been having problems getting online. When I try to play multiplayer it says I don’t have access to online game modes is anyone else having this same problem?

Does your ISP have built in parental controls?
I recently read on xbox forums that people with Sky broadband are being blocked from playing Halo 5 if they have the parental controls filter switched on
