I can’t seem to find files by searching by gamertag. It doesn’t seem to work at all. I even searched my own gamertag to test and still nothing. Is there something I’m missing? Please advise.
IIRC, there is no option to search files by gamertag at this time.

Thanks for the reply. I realized that the search bar is marked “tag” instead of “gamertag” after I posted this. It makes me a little bit irritated that the easiest way that most people would think to search for files would not be included. How are we supposed to know what a gametype or map is “tagged” as?
To view someone’s File Share, click the “View your File Share” link in the File Browser. Then, edit the URL and replace your gamertag with the gamertag you’re looking for.
Note that this is not the same as a Custom Search by Author (which I agree should’ve been included). You will only find works that a given user has uploaded directly to their File Share.

Tags are keywords. The idea is that someone would tag their content with relevant keywords that are likely to be used (i.e. tagging a Flood map with “flood”, “infection”, and “zombies”).
The easiest way to find someone’s File Share is to search for their Gamertag in the search field in the top left corner of the page.
When the results are populated, you are able to select “View File Share” from their playercard.
