After my console got updated (xbox one s) when I try to play online it gets stuck in searching players. Has someone else had this problem? I already tried rebooting the console, changing profiles but nothing seems to work.
Yes I’ve had an issue but with custom games where I cannot connect with other players. It’s not my connection. My internet and match making connection is always good. And my nat is open. Must be a problem with servers?
Maybe but the issue is that I haven’t been able to play for… 5-6 days I think… Not cool at all… I mean, you are paying each month to play, but the platform doesn’t work for 10 days??

Well I have a pre-paid 12 month subscription. I mean I have Halo 5 to go to, but yeah I agree the issue needs to be sorted. Oh and i matched today in the MCC. Maybe it’s been solved?
I just tried and I couldn’t… I contacted the support team. They told me it must be a network configuration problem, that seems to me weird, I have played for 3 month without any problem at all… I’ll try to configure my router to make It go faster and we’ll see… I’ll let you know

I have this problem all of the time. It’s nothing wrong with your Xbox or network connection. 343i don’t maintenance their servers so we’re stuck with this issue forever

No I believe the problem corrects itself after 24 hours. I don’t have this anymore. Just give it time. Try hard resets and testing your multiplayer connection.
