Cannot access online functions or req store after opening my packs? Or something internal. Hope fix soon. “Error authorizing user with Halo 5: Guardians services. You will be unable to access online modes” & requisitions stuck at retrieving data.
I am glad to see I am not the only one having this issue, if anyone can help with the problem please let us know
I am having the same issue during the daytime in Europe.
I seem to be able to access the online features at night-time.

I seem to have fixed the problem.
My Internet Service Provider uses a ‘Shield’ service which restricts internet access at different times of the day.
I went into my ISP settings menu and tweaked the ‘shield’ to be less restrictive.
Halo 5 seems to connect to online services now.

which provider do you use? I have the same error with Halo 5 online and my ISP has a shield service.
Yea very lame! I can not login to my account. Say what they wrote above no online server connection. My internet is fine as i have been playing halo a buncha first week an then stopped till today. Now my lvl 51 account with loads of req packs opened an money spent is not loading an says i am lvl 1 new account. So its Gone?!? Hundreds of dollars i spent on this game already an it broke??? Cool game guys… NOT!
Guess imma stick to black ops 3. Cant spent money to get all the cool stuff like i did here. Threw mo ey at your game an got everything i could ever want an more. Kinda lame cause then you have everything an the game is boring. Why black ops 3 is better than halo. You CANT spend money to get ahead in the game, dosent work like that. All you have to do is play the game an get good at it and you will have everything anyone else has an you can feel good about knowing that the person with all the badass stuff actually earned it by being a badass an not just having a fat bank roll. Whatever halo is a bust, fix your servers or dont either way im out of here. Black ops for life!
Im having the same problem. Im on sky and they have a shield service. Im going to try and disable it then
