Either way, I doubt Halo 5 was “pushed back”. If the rumors are to be believed, it was always planned for 2015 and not 2014.

Technically it was never announced that Halo 5 would be out this year. Just a fancy teaser that says “Halo. 2014. Your journey begins on Xbox One.” Which could mean anything really, it could have meant Spartan Assault if it didn’t come out on Windows 8 first. The fact the teaser gave no title other than the franchise name seemed nothing more than marketing fluff to get fans riled up. We may get Halo 2 Anniversary, we may see the start of the Halo “TV” series, we may even get another expansion game like ODST, but nothing ever said Halo 5 would be out this year.

I still fail to understand how this could be considered the slightest shred of evidence! This is only one user shooting his mouth off about what he BELIEVES the next Halo game to be, based off information that we already know. Nothing of real credit though. Oh, and another thing, how are you so sure that if H2A does happen, that the MP will be the same? What if 343i do it the same way they did CEA, and use Reach MM for it? Would you still be happy? Personally, i think not.

Just because Halo 5 might come a year later than WE thought doesn’t mean it’s delayed.

MADE IT BEFORE LOCK!

Well, I hope Halo 5 comes out this year…I really do. I want 343 to make it’s own adventures and new worlds. Not ride off of Bungies nostalgia. Not saying the nostalgia is good, but i want some new adventures and i want them to flex their creative muscles. Just my 2 cents.
