I agree it would break the game everywhere else. At the same time I would say it is very debatable of the bigger gun part. I have melted Ultra Banshees in seconds with it, Ultra Ghosts on top of that. I have personally been reminded that FIST can be a verb when I was in a Ultra Wraith and a Oni Hog came up behind me and killed me before I could react.
On the other side in my own Oni hogs, I have taken tank shots directly and still lived, taken Ultra Banshee hits, Spartan Lasers, rockets(not all in 1 oni hog of course) Funny enough though, I have been romping about with my Oni Hog and me and my gunner and our passenger for utterly annihilated in 1 shot by a -Yoinking!- Oni Gungoose -.-;
