I can confirm its not an emblem since it doesn’t have the dog tags on its border but its something extremely well hidden. Looks like they have something huge planned.

Im pretty sure the emblem IS the REQ.

My suspicion is that it is something that isn’t done and they want to keep it vague in case they need to pull a switcheroo.
