ONI Records Indicate I haven't played H3 or Reach

Exactly what the title says. This is what I get when I check Reach and H3 Service Records. Ohhh I played plenty of both, but they are not being displayed. It’s telling me to go pick up a new copy of the game lol.

For Halo 3, is this because we are getting Halo 3 in MCC?

Sorry for the up but I totally agree. Can someone tell us why ?

Same here, can anyone shed any light on this?

EDIT* Relevant info for Halo 3 can be found at Bungie.net

There is two cases known to cause problems.

One is your Xbox Account’s Privacy Settings could be causing a problem as stats respect those settings.

And second.
Ok folks this is a full rundown of the lost stats relating to Gamertag changed.(Note this may not be the case for everyone but will fix majority of everyones problems so its an idea to try it out)

The problem described is mostly found when you changed your Gamertag. This is cause your stats havent updated to the new gamertag yet and are still being tracked under the old one.

If you are missing stats for the following games

  • Halo 3
  • Halo Wars(Stats are on the Halo Wars Community site)
  • Halo 3:ODST
  • Halo Reach
  • Halo: Anniversary
  • Halo 4
  • Halo Spartan Assault *Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, and Mobile
  • Halo Master Chief CollectionPlay at least 1 game on Xbox live or Online to get those stats back. This updates the records so the gamertag is changed to the correct one.

Side notes
*Stats for the Steam version of Halo Spartan Assault are not tracked here
*Your Halo Reach Avatar wont be able to be updated anymore
*You cant retrieve your Halo 2 Stats if you changed your gamertag. The only way to find them is to either change back to your original Gamertag, or search your old Halo 2 on here or on Bungie.Net
*Stats or Achievements are not tracked here for Halo Custom Edition and Halo 2 Vista.
