ONI Emblem Glitch

Back when I hit rank 70 I was awarded a level up REQ pack. When I opened the pack, the game glitched and awarded me nothing. I did some research and found that I was supposed to unlock the ONI emblem. Is there anything I can do to get the emblem now?
